Delivery zones
We deliver our products worldwide. Delivery costs are calculated automatically when you place your order, based on country, package weight and carrier selected.
Processing and delivery times
Classic orders (excluding pre-orders and bundles)
Orders in stock are generally dispatched within 48 to 96 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), for orders validated before midday.
Standard bales
For "BASIC" bales and certain high-demand references, processing and delivery times may be up to 4 weeks maximum from order validation.
Pre-orders
For pre-ordered products, it may take up to 8 weeks before shipment. These times include sourcing, preparation and logistics.

Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking number is sent to you by e-mail so you can follow the progress of your order in real time.
Receiving and checking packages
On receipt, it is essential to check the condition of the goods before signing the carrier's delivery note.
In the event of a damaged parcel, you must refuse the parcel or make a clear and precise reservation on the carrier's delivery note.
If the parcel is accepted without reservation, no claim can be accepted for an item missing or damaged in transit.
