Reserved for professionals (retailers, companies, self-employed entrepreneurs) only.
Article 1 - Purpose
The present terms and conditions govern sales made by the united-vintage.com website of second-hand clothing and accessories, exclusively to professionals (retailers or companies).
The items offered are vintage and second-hand: they may show signs of wear, minor defects or repairs, which are characteristic of clothing that has already been used.
Sizes can be estimated when original labels are missing. Photos are contractual, but slight color variations may appear depending on lighting. Decorative elements shown in photos are not included in the sale.
Article 2 - Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, exclusive of tax or VAT, depending on the type of customer, and exclude delivery costs.
United-vintage.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice. The price invoiced is that displayed at the time the order is validated.
Products remain the property of United Vintage until full payment has been received.
Article 3 - Orders
Orders are placed exclusively via the united-vintage.com website. All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
United Vintage reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of payment problems, stock shortages or suspected fraud.
Article 4 - Nature of products and gradation
United Vintage sells second-hand clothing in bales, lots or boxes prepared according to our selection criteria, with a 10% tolerance for quality variation due to human error.
➡️ No returns will be accepted for reasons of taste, size or minor defects.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is made online by credit card, via the secure PayPal or Stripe platforms.
All validated orders imply immediate payment.
Article 6 - No right of withdrawal and return policy
Sales made by United Vintage are exclusively B2B, between professionals.
In accordance with article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal applies.
➡️ No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of an obvious preparation error (e.g.: product received does not correspond to the order).
All claims must be sent within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos, to info@united-vintage.com. After this time, no claim will be processed.
Article 7 - Availability
Our offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.
In the event of unavailability, a refund may be made if payment has already been received.
Article 8 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.
Delivery times are given for information only. United Vintage cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control (carrier, customer absence, wrong address, etc.).
Article 9 - Warranty and conformity
As the garments are sold as vintage / second-hand, certain visible or repairable defects are considered normal (e.g.: wear, snags, holes, stains, cut labels).
The legal warranty of conformity only applies in the event of a major defect rendering the item unusable and not indicated in the overall description.
All requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos, to the following address info@united-vintage.com.
Article 10 - Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of validation, but only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
After this period, the order is considered definitive and cannot be cancelled.
Article 11 - Liability
United Vintage shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the use or commercial exploitation of products after receipt.

Article 12 - Intellectual property
All elements of the united-vintage.com website (visuals, text, logos, layout) are protected by intellectual property law.
Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without prior written permission.
Article 13 - Personal data
The information collected is necessary for order management. It may be passed on to service providers (logistics, payment).
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, modify and delete your data.

Article 14 - Archiving - Proof
United Vintage archives purchase orders and invoices on a reliable medium. These documents are considered as proof of the transactions that have taken place.
