Refund policy

Return conditions:

For a return to be valid, we must receive your returned order at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery for French customers or 21 days after delivery for international customers.

Items returned after this time will not be eligible for a refund, and additional charges may apply to return the goods to the customer. Please note that the refund covers only the original price of the item, excluding shipping costs.

Each returned item is carefully inspected and must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Any returns received in unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender.

We recommend that you send all returns by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Before making any returns, please contact our customer service department to check the specific return conditions, as some products are not eligible for return or refund. This policy is designed to ensure complete transparency regarding the products concerned.

Damaged parcel :

If the parcel you have received is damaged and you have nevertheless collected it on delivery, please inform us within 2 days of receipt. After this period, we will not be able to take responsibility for any damage caused.
